Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Wage: $22.25/hr + 4% vacation to start. The lead educator will guide and supervise the activities of the children ensuring the policies and philosophies of OCCS are implemented and maintained and ensures the proper supervision of the educators, substitutes, students, aides, and guests in the centre. Ensures policies and philosophies of OCCS are implemented and maintained. Develops and maintains co-operative working relationships with the OCCS Board of Directors, manager, facility staff, parents and others as required.
