Greetings! I am searching for a modern 1BR in Saanich or Downtown area (exclusive of Westshore area), in range of 1400-1900. I am a self employed individual in the technology sector. My situation is such that I purchased a house four years ago, and was an acting landlord for the four years. I have sold my house now and am searching for rent Aug 15-Sept 1. As such, I have no landlord references, but can provide professional and tenant references if required. I am a clean and quiet individual who enjoys the outdoors and traveling. I am pet free, non-smoker, and like a quiet working space due to the stressful nature of my job. I require secure off-street parking for the new picture related baby (additional cost is fine).
