Completely self contained with separate entrance. Carport parking is available for one vehicle. It is a bright, well lit suite that has been recently renovated. Bedroom has fir hardwood floors and a large window. It is $700 a month - shared laundry is included in the rent, along with utilities (including wifi) and hydro. Please no smoking and no pets. Available May 1st A little about me: I am a 20 year old female going into my fourth year in Chemistry for the Medical Sciences at UVic. I am frequently out of the apartment and tend to be pretty quiet when at home. I love the outdoors, getting active and doing the occasional craft in my spare time (I also make pretty good cookies).
