Hey folks! Looking for somebody to take over my lease for February 1st. It's a beautiful house with hardwood floor located on Jutland Rd., 5 minutes walk to the water, Mayfair mall and all major bus routes. It's about a 20 minutes walk to downtown. On street parking available around the house. We also have a storage room where you can put tools or your bike. Smoking is allowed outside. You'll be living with three other people, all amazing and easy to get alone with. They're all having a pretty busy schedule but like to sit together sometimes. Having people totally fine. There are no strict rules, everybody is respecting each other's privacy and is cleaning up after them self. The room is pretty big, with a big closet and a lot of natural light.
