If the ad is up it is still available: Room for rent (121 square feet) in 1300 square foot upstairs suite. There are 3 rooms in the upstairs suite and we are looking to replace one of our roommates moving out at the end of the month. We are two males looking for someone between the age of 25-35, no couples. No Pets. Coin Laundry on site. Wifi not included in rental price above but is an extra $35.
