Job Summary We're looking for a Telemarketer who has sales experience and making cold B2B calls. As an Inside Sales Executive you will generate new leads using creative sourcing methods, excellent communication and persuasive skills to develop opportunities for outside sales. You will proactively source, both internally and externally, negotiate and facilitate the process of booking appointments from beginning to end. Trustworthy, coachable and reliable. Former tech based selling a plus-think SaaS or IT. Someone who is self-motivated and can produce is ideal.Cold Calling, Prospecting, Sourcing and Persuasive Negotiating skills, Money Motivated, Self- Directed, Independent WorkerBasic Computer Proficiency and understanding of MS Office and CRM tracking. Ability to provide exceptional Customer Service, as well as identify and provide solutions to client problems. Someone who can work in a team environment. Fast and highly organized with high attention to details.Good English is a must, good phone manners and etiquette. Located in Victoria, BC and/or surrounding areas.
