Reception & Administrative Assistant

The Position The Administrative Assistant position is a highly varied role involving many aspects of the company's operations. The anticipated primary functions of the Administrative Assistant role include: * Reception duties (receiving and managing guests, mail, phone calls, parking passes etc.) * Meeting & lunch room management * Event management support * Internal staff communication (monthly staff newsletter, staff directory, contact lists etc.) * Administrative support for senior management team. * Manage and order office supplies and corporate merchandise * Assist in coordinating tenant appreciation and welcome gifts/events * Administer memberships for a small fitness centre * Construction administration support Skills & Experience * Strong orientation towards customer service. * Excellent written and oral communications skills. * Demonstrated ability to work positively in a team environment. * Demonstrated ability to work independently with little supervision. * Sound judgement and decision making skills. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook. * Strong organizational abilities.
