Our growing executive business centre is looking for a morning receptionist Monday to Friday 8:30-12:30, to handle client-facing duties as well as general office tasks, as an assistant to our Office Manager. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business in a in a professional, pleasant and courteous manner. You will also build positive relationships with our tenants. You will perform front desk activities, including responding to emails, distributing correspondence, handling room bookings, as well as answering and transferring incoming calls. Receptionist Requirements: * Exceptional customer service skills * Proven work experience as a receptionist or similar role * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with a keyboard speed of at least 40 wpm * Hands-on experience with office equipment * Professional attitude and appearance * Solid written and verbal communication skills in English * Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise * Excellent organizational skills * Multi-tasking and time management skills * Able to work independently and responsibly, without constant supervision
