PROPERTY ADMINISTRATOR – WEST SHORE

Talentcor Victoria is now accepting resumes for a full time contract Property Administrator. Our, client, located on the West Shore is a Global real estate company looking to back fill a maternity leave. Reporting directly to the GM, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable and the accounts payable for this property. Responsibilities * Prepare, process and deposit all cheques * Prepare accurate AR reports * Collect outstanding rents * Handle account reconciliations * Prepare correspondence * Collaborate and communicate with tenants, and accountants as needed * Generate invoices/bills * Print and distribute rental notices * Code, verify and enter AP invoices * Prepare and process monthly visa statements * Respond to vendor inquiries * Maintain tracking sheets * Assist the General Manager when required * Collect, prepare and submit various monthly reports * Other related duties as required Experience and Qualifications * 3+ years' experience in a similar role with an accounting and/or bookkeeping focus * Basic understanding of real estate industry would be considered an asset * Post secondary education in a related field is preferred * Experience with JD Edward sis considered an asset * Strong organizational, multitasking and time management skills * Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills * Strong oral and written communication skills * Ability to prioritize workload and handle competing priorities and deadlines Interested candidates can submit their resume to Rose Arsenault at rarsenault@talentcor.ca citing Property Administrator in the subject line.
