PREP COOK OR LINE COOK

We are a busy down town cafe, looking for part time or full time employee to join our small team. this position will be for the kitchen only, cafe style fair and in house baking. seeking line cook/prep cook, open availability, including weekends. must be hard working, have the ability of time management, and be task oriented. Prep: Must be able to read and make a prep list and achieve that list before shift end, Comfortable with a knife, working in limited space, and a open cafe.
