These are super fun, energetic outdoor bootcamp style classes that will challenge you, burn calories, make you sweat and leave you feeling rewarded. All classes are held outdoors, so if it rains... you will get wet. Classes include using weights, medicine balls, battleropes, kettlebells and resistant bands for circuit training, cardio drills and strength stations. All Sessions $69.00 (Saturdays included) 3x a Week Tuesdays 5:30 - 6:30PM Glanford Park Thursdays 5:30 - 6:30PM Glanford Park Saturdays 9:00 - 10:00AM Glanford Park Session will be pro-rated if you sign up during a session that is already in progress.
