These are super fun, energetic outdoor bootcamp style classes that will challenge you, burn calories, make you sweat and leave you feeling rewarded. All classes are held outdoors, so if it rains... you will get wet. Classes include using weights, medicine balls, battleropes, kettlebells and resistant bands for circuit training, cardio drills and strength stations.
