We're looking for entrepreneurial individuals who have a talent for creating profound connections in a short span of time and who can see themselves in a leadership position within our startup based in Victoria. Our Company: Triden Solutions is a Victoria-based startup that seeks to build strong connections with people in our community who strive to thrive. We do this by designing advanced solutions that safeguard the well-being of its users. The latest product we've developed is a high-end stainless steel automatic dispenser and we need your help to sell it! Our dispenser is a solution that helps businesses adapt to the new normal of health & safety, improve customer trust and distinguish themselves from competitors. We are looking for an energetic, ambitious, motivated, entrepreneur, empathetic, and well-spoken sales leader to help us reach more clients in Victoria. Your main role will be to develop strong connections with local businesses by visiting them in-store to offer free trials (so far 95% of stores approached have accepted the trial). During the trial period, you will check-in and continue to build a positive relationship with the business. At the end, you will offer a few options for them to choose from (pushy deceptive sales is not our thing - the relationship is most important). Qualifications: - 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in outbound sales or cold calls/visits. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Able to review and input data into sales pipeline and CRM. - Energetic and well-spoken with a natural ability to converse with anyone. - Ability to approach stores independently.
