I purchased this 1969 Seagull Motor brand new in early 1970. I used it on my 16' canoe for many years. I maintained it impeccably. About 10 years ago I bought a Walker Bay dingy and a 2.3 horse gasoline outboard. I have stored my Seagull in a dry basement for the past ten years. This was the smallest thrust Seagull in its day. The fly wheel is not turning just now, so there must be a touch of corrosion in it. This motor comes with a storage / traveling case that protects the motor. I mounted this on the back of my motor-home. A large can of SAE 140 gear oil is included in the price.
