We are currently accepting resumes for the position of Office Assistant. The successful applicant will work closely with our Office Manager to ensure a smooth and efficient process with inventory and accounts payable. Ideally the position would suit someone just entering the work force, or with a few years under their belt and wanting to take the next step. We offer competitive wages and room for advancement.
Job Duties include:
A. Creating purchase orders and requesting products from our vendors.
B. Receiving products and neatly stacking in warehouse. Light physical work.
C. Prepping orders to be delivered to clients via our install teams. Light physical work.
D. Data entry of shipments and sales orders. Desk work.
E. Other light duties may include tidying of work place and inventory counts.
B. Comfortable with computers, accounting software, and data entry.
C. Good math skills.
D. Presentable in both personal appearance and clothing.
E. Ability to work with others in a fast-paced environment.
F. Drivers license is an asset but not mandatory.
G. Positive attitude.
A. $16 / hr starting wage with a raise after three-month probation period.
B. 32-40 hours per week. 830-430 Monday- Friday. Weekends and Stats off.
C. Job evaluations, review and raise potential every six months.
D. We provide company shirts to be worn during work time. Clean jeans are acceptable for the job.
