Night Baker

The Fickle Fig Farm Market is looking for experienced, professional and dedicated team players with outstanding baking and decorating skills to join our expanding team. As an experienced baker with enthusiasm and a passion for quality food you will work under a red seal pastry chef and will be responsible for ensuring preparation, cooking, taste and presentation are consistently of a high standard. Skills and experience required: -At least 1 year of baking experience. -Efficient working ethic. - High level of accuracy and attention to detail. ·-Positive and dynamic personality with the ability to work under pressure. -Be able to work independently through the night. -Be willing and eager to learn. -Use creativity and ingenuity. -Be a problem solver.
