Small but efficient suite that includes a kitchen, bedroom and private bathroom with shower - no living room. Suite is fully furnished with mostly Ikea items and includes all utilities (water, heat, internet). You have your own internet connection (modem/router). Suite also has a TV but there's no cable - you'll have to bring your Apple TV or Roku device. Suite also includes all kitchen appliances, dishes, basic linens and towels. Access to shared laundry once a week, but there's also a laundromat within a 5 minute walk. The suite is located near the Shelbourne Plaza/Cedar Hill area. A three minute walk to grocery stores, Starbucks, restaurants, and bus routes (24/27/28). Located in a safe, family neighbourhood at the end of a cul-du-sac. Looking for a clean, quiet, and mature student. Single occupancy only. Preference for someone without a car. Absolutely no smoking, vaping, candles/incense, pets, or parties please. We are a young family with two toddlers so you'll have to be comfortable with some noise during the mornings, evenings and weekends.
