Needed Immediately - Production Associate

COMPENSATION: $15 - $18/hr (your wage is dependent on your speed, accuracy and overall skill sets.) Are you a quick, efficient, self-motivated, results-oriented multi-tasker that has high attention to detail? Join our team and work with organic food and personal care products. THIS IS A DAYTIME, MONDAY - FRIDAY PART-TIME POSITION. Hours will range between 12-30 hours. Hours may increase depending on the needs of the business and your abilities. Weekend shifts may be required during busy season (Nov-Dec). JOB DESCRIPTION: - Package, assemble, dispense and label products. - Pick, fill and prepare orders for shipping. - Ship out orders to clients. - Perform ad-hoc production tasks as required. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: - Able to move quickly and work in a fast paced production environment. - High attention to detail, while being able to multi-task and manage multiple priorities. - Be able to understand and follow written and verbal instructions. - Positive, pro-active communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic math skills. - Proficient computer and internet skills. Experience using MS Office, MAC OS and any POS system would be an asset. - Commitment to excellence and high standards. - Must be able to stand for long periods of time and work from a standing work station. - Ability to lift 50 lbs. - Prior experience in any of these related positions an asset (including but not limited to): warehouse, manufacturing food products, prep or line cook, assembly, shipping/receiving, and any fast-paced working environment - This is a hands-on position where all the time is spent working on the production floor.
