Need a loan for $10,000 or a partner $30,000

Hello I have a new business that I want to start up and need some help with a loan or i am open to a partnership. The market for the business I will be starting has a grown upwards 300% and has very high margins 66% to 75% because of the great efficiency and proven system. The middle man is also cut out as we will be the manufacture of the products and the installer. I have a 2007 SR5 Crew Cab Toyota Tundra that I would be willing to put up for security on the loan. The industry setting would be in construction and is proprietary. Install time are drastically reduced over conventional methods today. Projects would typically range from $30,000 to hundred of thousands of dollars with short turn over times because of the efficiency. This business has a high wow factor with unlimited potential.
