Swan Lake Christmas Hill Nature Sanctuary Offers: Junior Naturalists - a drop off program for kids 11 to 14 years old This program is designed for budding scientists interested in the fields of biology, ecology and field research. In this four-part program, we will explore real research techniques that scientists use to observe and study lake and wetland environments, play games and explore the Nature Sanctuary. This hands-on, active class will get students outdoors, doing experiments and observing animals in their natural habitats. SUMMER 2019 sessions (4 classes): Monday, July 29 to Thursday, August 1 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. COST $108 for Sanctuary members for series of 4 classes $120 for non-members for series of 4 classes Call 250-479-0211 to register or stop by the Nature House to register in person.
