NEEDED: relief from muscle spasm & headache

As a bodyworker who's not working, I understand the lack of other practitioners. But I have a spasm around the left scapula that isn't going away and daily headaches are the norm. Before I have a nervous breakdown, I'll ask here if anyone who is a legitimate acupuncturist or RMT is willing to see me, under strict protocol ( full shower, masks, etc) ir has good suggestions beyond ice, stretching, rolling a ball etc all of which is not working.
