This full service family medical practice is seeking a Medical Office Assistant (MOA) to join the team as soon as possible. The successful candidate will support 2 family physicians with a shared patient panel of 1,500. The office space as a whole is occupied by 4 family physicians, 3 MOAs & has 12 exam rooms. The Practice/Role: Work schedule: 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday (flexible work schedule available) EMR: MedAccess Duties may include: reception, appointment scheduling, document linking and other tasks as required.
