Madill Product Support Specialist

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES Provide support to Madill distributors, Capital Sales and Part Sales Develop and deliver training programs and related documentation for the maintenance and repair of Madill equipment Travel to customer sites to assist in diagnosing problems and performing repairs. The end goal is to train Madill distributors to be self-sufficient in these areas Manage warranty claims and perform root-cause analysis on product performance issues to eliminate re-occurrences Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve product support processes Represent company during facility tours and at trade shows EXPERIENCE AND/OR EDUCATION Previous experience with heavy equipment and hydraulic systems Post-secondary degree/diploma in Engineering/Mechanical Engineering is an asset Please note that only the candidates who are selected to participate in the interview process will be contacted.
