Hi! I'm offering math tutorship for all math courses through public school. I can also teach single variable calculus, high school and first year university physics and astronomy. I am an undergraduate student in a combined physics and astronomy honours program at UVic with a minor in computer science, and am an honours graduate of Stelly's Secondary. Throughout my middle and high school years I earned high grades in all of my math and science courses. I currently hold a GPA of 8 at UVic, which corresponds to an average grade of 88%, or a letter grade of A. I have several years previous teaching experience from spending 6 years as an Air Cadet, and teaching has become something I really enjoy and want to become better at. Instead of just helping people memorize formula after formula, I aim to work to provide an intuitive and deep understanding of whatever we're covering. I've put down $30/hr but these are trying financial times for us all, and everything is up for debate! It also makes little sense to charge the same for a Pre-Calc course as for elementary school times tables.
