Looking for a business partner

I am looking for a business partner. Proven business concept of 20+ years in Europe. Language teaching (Spanish, French, German, English) for kids 3-12 in small group settings on a play based curriculum. I am passionate about teaching, but I need help with the business and mangement side of the project. Lots of growth potential. Unique on the island. No financial investment up front. The ideal applicant is a native speaker (as I am not), delights in organizing, managing, office work. Possibly skilled in social media advertisment and has great people skills.
