Lodge House Team One room available for July 1st 2020 in the upstairs of a three-bedroom home. 800$ plus utilities Must like dogs, no cats We are looking for an individual that likes dogs, the outdoors, and wants to be a part of the team. The upstairs of the house has three bedrooms, one full bathroom, a large kitchen and dishwasher, and a living room. There is lots of extra storage space in the garage and the laundry room is just downstairs. Your housemates will consist of two working young adults and a 6yr old Blue Heeler. There is a driveway and safe parking along the road if you have a vehicle. The house is close to bus routes (#26, #6), up-town mall, the Lochside bike path, and many grocery stores. We are open to another dog if the fit is right but no cats (sorry cat ppl). We try and do monthly team dinners with the folks in the basement suite, enjoy beers on the deck during the summer, and respect each others personal quiet time.
