Loan Administrator - Collector

Cash Advantage is hiring a Full Time Collector / Loan Administrator What's involved? As a Loan Administrator you will do it all: Sales, Collections, Customer Service, Risk Management, Administration. You will also assist with Marketing and Business Development. You are responsible for the overall profitability of the store and all its resources. The two primary duties of this job are: 1) Issuing loans. You will handle all facets of the payday loan administration process. Applications, approval/denial, issuing funds, receiving payments, and client management. 2) Rentention. Your other primary duty will be calling delinquent customers and recovering overdue accounts. What is required? - Previous collection experience required - Cash handling experience - Customer service experience in a fast paced environment - High Computer literacy - Bondable and no criminal record - Able to work independantly and unsupervised - Management experience an asset The successful candidate will exhibit the following: - An amazing friendly outgoing personality and communication style. - Unquestionable trust, integrity, confidentiality and judgment. - You are very organized.
