Join our dynamic Farm to Table team! The Roost is a Bakery, Bistro and Vineyard on a 10 acre farm where we grow and mill the grain for our breads and pizzas and make estate wines.
We have a full time opening for a Line Cook/Prep Cook in our Kitchen.
This position involves:
Cooking meals on the line of a busy 120 seat restaurant
Cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining high food safe standards
Organization and inventory
The successful candidate will be:
Experienced as a line cook
Reliable and energetic
Able to work in a fast paced environment
