I'm looking to hire someone to help me get my mojo on/live to my highest potential/reach my goals while I run a busy and dynamic holistic home and small business. There are various parts to this position, and the most important of all is that the relationship feels mutually energizing. Here is how I see it unfolding: - The property supports both my home & business, and I care a lot about the overall experience that everyone has here. It's a beautiful forested area that is quiet and peaceful, and the ideal candidate understands and embraces the dedication and mindfulness that everyone who visits the property must have. The property is the foundation from which everything flows and it's got great energy! - "Ally"- for me that means you really get what's happening here and you want to see things shine in all ways. You thrive on being clear, organised, friendly, calm, passionate and efficient in a way that holds the foundation from which expansion can occur. When you experience this, you feel fulfilled because you are a natural at it! It is also important that you enjoy figuring things out, working independently and getting S*!@T done! You have a natural interest & hopefully some experience with: ~ System creation & organization ~ Maintenance of a large home and Acreage ~ Meal Prep - I am super dedicated to my health & healing: organic whole foods, juicing ~ Correspondence/Admin work related to the home, myself & the biz ~ Procuring supplies ~ Zen Maintenance & cleaning, we be all-natural ;) Some can be delegated ~ Plant care ~ Ensuring I get some fitness and self-care happening. Any yoga teachers/bodyworkers out there? ~ Ensuring I stay hydrated & whatever else manages to make its way into the day, every day will be a little different for sure. This could be 40 hours a week or could be separated into two 20 hour positions if the dynamic came together well so please message with your ideal scenario, what you can offer, and a timeline in your cover letter.
