In a nutshell: We are looking for a Junior Editor + PA to join our video studio. Basic Pre-Requisites include: - Basic knowledge of the Adobe Suite (specifically Premiere Pro) - Basic knowledge of video editing - Basic understanding of video/photo concepts This is a contract position that will turn into a full-time employment opportunity for the right person. Our ideal candidate is someone looking to learn and grow in the real world but without their own practice. We are willing to train the right person, provided they have the basics dialled and have a good attitude (read: hard worker + positive mindset). Some core competencies include strong problem solving, interpersonal, and time management skills. Must be able to receive feedback on your work. Our previous Junior Editor (who is moving on to bigger and better things) worked for us 20+ hours a week and we have plenty of work to go around for the right candidate! We're open to all candidates but we'd like to try and offer opportunities to anyone who is under-represented in the field, hence being willing to offer paid training to the right candidate.
