Journeyman Cabinetmaker

To support our growth we are seeking a motivated, results-driven individuals to strengthen our production and Installation teams.
Cabinet Maker Journeyman
Will be working in a Custom 8,000 sq. ft. Fabrication Shop - AWMAC standards - Mostly commercial work.
Knowledge of setting up and operating variety of woodworking machines including uses of various hand tools and power tool to fabricate custom millwork and cabinets. Study drawings of articles to be constructed and plan sequence of cutting or shaping operations to be performed. Ability to work work independently on projects or tag team on large projects. We also have a solid wood division with large drum sanders, shapers, etc producing butcher block tops including assorted moldings. CNC Machine and finishing experience a plus
Core responsibilities custom commercial cabinet fabrication, mostly working from shop drawings
Staining & Lacquering - includes, surface prep, stain / finish samples, finishing millwork
Able to work with all wood veneers and plastic laminates
Strong work ethics and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
Meet Company quality standards and deadlines

Skills and experience:
- min. 2 years experience as a cabinetmaker journeyman
