Here's a little about myself cause I'm aware you want to know about the person moving into your suite or building! I'm a 35 year old male who is transitioning between careers at the moment. This is due to a stroke I suffered last year in March. I am always polite and quite easy going and also from what I've been told, quite easy to get along with. I do not do drugs or drink alcohol and I have just recently quit smoking. I have one downside and that is I have a poor credit score, but my reference that rented to me for 10 years can clear up any concern you may have about rent being paid on time!
