$650 · ISO a place in Alberni for health reasons

Hi, my name's Dave. I find myself homeless and in need of a proper shelter. I have no drug or responsibility issues, but find myself terribly sick and need to get off the street. Not to go into all the details but most days I'm nauseous and often throwing up. I'm hospitalized every few weeks for anywhere from one to three weeks away a time. I need my own place because I'm so sick; with an adequate kitchen although cooking will be at a minimum as I expect to get back into a raw vegan diet. Laundry facilities and a proper washroom are a must. Also important is being able to smoke inside. Often the morning nausea only goes away after a toke'n'smoke (weed & tobacco) and I'm too incapacitated to go outside (hours of agony before I feel well enough to go out for a smoke to feel better). A connected balcony or patio would work too. It would be nice to have parking and a garden area. While I'm currently living in Victoria I'd consider moving to Port Alberni for the right place. As I'm too sick to work I only have pwd to work with, so i don't think i can afford much more than $650 (honestly, even that's a concern) including utilities and internet. The Please, I need help. It's a terrible chronic condition and I'm getting worse on the street. I need to strictly control my diet and I can't do it without a kitchen. I'm polite, kind, quite and respectful. I don't drink, no drugs, no parties and no pets. I'm fairly tidy and would help out where I can. I just need a place.
