$1,234 · ISO Storage space for a tiny trailer

We are in search of a place to store our tiny trailer. The trailer is 12 feet long (including the hitch) and 6 feet wide (including the tires). We would need to have access to come and go over the summer months for camping trips. In the fall we would will winterize the trailer for straight storage. A space that is inside or undercover would be ideal, but we know that it might be difficult to find. We live in the Westshore and local storage is convenient for us, but we are looking at all communities. Please contact me if you have a space that might work for us.
