Hi and thanks for taking the time to read our ad. We are looking for a place to rent. We are great tenants, we have 4 kids (3 year old, two 5 year olds and a 7 year old). All of our kids but our 3 year old is in school however she is in day care during the day. We are needing to stay out on the peninsula due to the fact our kids are in school there (deep cove elementary) and we don't want to up root them from their friends and community. My boyfriend and I both work fulltime. We are a quiet family and will look after your rental as our own. Our Max budget will be 2,200 IF it includes everything. However we could do 1700-1750 Max if it doesn't include hydro, wifi etc. We would like a 3 bedroom but could make a 2 bedroom work. Right now we're staying in a one bedroom apartment because our previous landlord sold their house and because we are a large family it's been difficult to find the perfect place for us.
