We are a small family run barn located on a quiet street in Brentwood Bay. We have one In-Out stall available immediately. The stall is 10'x12' and rubber matted. The footing in the paddock is limestone screenings. No mud. Paddock is 12'x 32'. There is a separate feed room, tack room and a locker available to hold your boots, bottles, grooming tools, jackets, etc Limited hay storage. 30mx40m, lit, sand ring. Seasonal field turnout in a herd environment (approx May to November). Bring your own coach (must have coaching insurance), farrier and vet. You must supply all required buckets, hay nets, feed and supplements and anything else your horse may need. I am looking for someone to help with the barn chores and help with feedings if/when I go away. Serious inquiries only please.
