Honeymoon Bay, Lake Cowichan Swap for Mount Washington Condo

We are offering a non-simultaneous swap of our wonderful Park Model RV in the summer for use of a Mount Washington Condo in the winter for a few days or weeks. We have a Park Model RV in Paradise Village RV Park in Honeymoon Bay, Lake Cowichan. Paradise Village is a wonderful spot in the summer to relax with your family and friends and enjoy the best docks, boat launch and beach on Lake Cowichan. Your kids will love the diving board, slide, basketball nets, sand volleyball courts, catching fish and crayfish and enjoying evening fires. Take a 10-minute drive to the town of Lake Cowichan and float down the lazy part of the Cowichan River. Our Park Model RV has a full-size fridge, stove and toilette, sleeps comfortable 4 adults but you can use the pullout couch to fit a few more people. There is a large deck and overbuild structure and a small shed. I've got a dartboard setup on the deck that is plenty of fun. Our site is on the left side as your facing the water so you only have 2 neighbours and it is very quiet and relaxing. We have kayaks, a paddle-board, small sailboat, wake boards, knee boards, wake skate, air mattresses, croquet, horseshoes and other various fun equipment to get the most out of your Lake Cowichan experience. There is a large building on the Paradise acreage that houses a year-round Caretaker, as well as laundry facilities and large bathroom facilities with numerous showers, toilette's, and sinks.
