The Arbutus Ridge Golf Club is looking for the services of an energetic Grounds Maintenance Labourer. POSITION OBJECTIVE 1. To ensure the proficient operation of the Golf Course Grounds Department and all related golf course maintenance activities and business development 2. To ensure that exceptional customer service is provided and that our guests enjoy a great golf experience DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Arrive to work at the scheduled time, dressed in the provided uniform and adhering to the dress code * Will be required to work on a shift basis, including weekends, evenings and holidays when necessary * Be organized and maintain a positive attitude * Working effectively with other team members in all departments * Ensures the esthetic appearance of the Golf Course property * Maintain all grounds within the Golf Course property * Maintain course in proper playing condition * Maintain open spaces, wooded areas, unused acreage and areas outside the perimeter fence * Adheres to the safety policies in place for team members, members and guests of the club BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION * Complimentary Golf & Tennis on a stand-by basis * Option to purchase goods from the Golf Shop for cost + 10% * Discount on food in the Satellite Bar & Grille for you and up to three guests Please see full job description at: https://www.arbutusridge.com/about/employment
