Group training classes are held at Rudolph Park or West side Stables on Central Saanich Road. I will train & educate you on how to use your body as your fitness machine. Every workout is planned for optimal fat burning, toning, increasing lean muscle mass, metabolism & energy. My main focus is on full body conditioning, core, balance and implementing lots of muscle groups that will turn your body into a fitness machine!
