Long-term renter preferred. One person only. We are right on the 14 bus line -- 13 minutes to downtown. Your bedroom has two double closets: one is a mini walk-in. It is furnished with a mahogany dresser and mirror, mahogany double bed, bedside table, 6-foot bookshelf, desk, lamps, upholstered chair and Persian rug. You can see The Gorge from your window! Baseboard heated and your bedroom has its own thermostat. Laundry room/closet is upstairs. Full bathroom upstairs, small bathroom downstairs. Both are shared. The common living area includes a living and dining room, fully equipped galley kitchen and pantry, and a large balcony, currently used to store a bike and paddleboard. Feel free to add yours! Five-minute walk to Admirals Walk and all amenities: grocery store, coffee shop, liquor store, banks, etc. Your live-in roommate is a laid-back, working older woman (therapist and writer). There are two cats: Rufus, age 10 (that's him in the picture), and Finnigan, 8 months. Rufus is aloof; Finnegan loves you already. I'm looking for someone who is clean, tidy, and responsible. No smoking in the house but okay on balcony and outdoors on front stoop. No car parking. Motorcycle or scooter spot available for an additional $15/month. Tenant testimonial available upon request.
