Spacious fully furnished treatment room/office in MokSana's lovely new yoga studio @ 613 Pandora Ave available for monthly or hourly sub-lease. The room is tastefully decorated, on the ground level, has a window and is kept very clean. MONTHLY RENTALS Rates for regular weekly schedules billed on a month to month basis: 4-8 hours/week: $10/hour 9-13 hours/week: $9/hour 14+ hours/week: $8/hour *One month notice to cancel monthly rental. HOURLY PAY AS YOU GO The hours the room is not in use, online booking (Through Jane App) is offered for practitioners who would like to rent the room on a "pay as you go" basis. The pay as you go model gives practitioners online access to view when the room is available when booking their clients and they just pay for the hours the book at the end of each month. Rates: Single hour $15/hour Single two hour block $28 ($14/hour) Single three hour block $39 ($13/hour) Single four hour block $48 ($12/hour) *24 hour cancellation policy on rental slots booked. Times room is generally not being used: Monday's: 9am-7:30pm Tuesday's: 9am-1pm Wednesday's + Thursday's: 3:30pm-7:30pm Fridays: 3:30pm-5:30pm Saturday's: 9am-4:30pm Sunday's: 9am-6pm *Available to use: electric massage table, thermaphore, pillows, bluetooth speaker, essential oil diffuser. *NOT included: Reception, supplies, sheets/linins, POS system. *Possible sheet use/laundering at an additional cost. *$100 damage deposit for all practitioners. *GST not included in rates.
