Our full-service law firm is seeking an experienced conveyancer to work out of our downtown Victoria office. You will be responsible for managing residential conveyancing transactions including: conducting appropriate due diligence searches; reviewing contracts of purchase and sale, title, mortgage instructions, property tax information, strata information; corresponding with clients, lenders, realtors, and insurance agencies; preparing documents and letters; liaising with our accounting department to ensure payouts and deposits are made in a timely manner; and post-completion reporting to clients and Realtors.
