We are looking for a confident, compassionate & motivated individual to join our team! You are friendly, inviting & accountable to creating exceptional & memorable experiences for all of our guests. You foster connection by putting people first & building trusting relationships. You're comfortable with your in-person, over-the-phone & written communications & assured in your abilities with computers, multi-tasking and setting/meeting personal sales-targets. You're able to uniquely cater a personalized styling experience to a diverse clientele through product-knowledge, communication & the ability to find style-inspiration through a wide-variety of lenses. You take a goal-oriented approach from 'shopping' to 'creating' a look & feeling worthy of falling-in-love with & are genuinely committed to your client. You care about yourself, your colleagues and your clients & it shows in your presentation, work-relationships, sales, attendance/punctuality & attitude. You recognize the value of all aspects of working on a team & happily assist in preparing the store for each day-consistently throughout the day; preparing garments carefully, educating yourself on ever-changing trends/collections & adapting easily to the needs of our guests & business operations as they change. You take pride-in-ownership of your workplace by learning, listening and contributing and treat it as you would your own. Our team is comprised of a group of dynamic, motivated, intensely-creative individuals who have spent an average of 6+ years together.
