Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays A front desk agent is responsible for handling incoming calls in a timely, efficient and friendly manner making reservations, responding to inquiries, communicating property information about room types, location, deposits and hotel cancellation policies. They will try to exceed the guests' expectations by creating a positive and personal experience for all hotel guests through understanding, anticipating, and responding to their needs. Looking for someone with a flexible schedule Must Have Class 5 drivers licence Responsibilities and Duties Responsibilities (not limited to) * Checking guests In/Out * Making reservations * Answering the phone * Answering guests questions as needed * Keep the front desk clean and presentable * Driving the Hotel Shuttle to and from the airport * Troubleshoot all guest issues Qualifications and Skills * Great customer service * Problem Solver * Ability to multi task and prioritize in a busy environment * Ability to work well in a team environment * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Strong computer skills * Experience with Opera (preferred) * Upbeat and friendly attitude * Comfortable with handling both cash and credit cards Please submit resume as PDF not a word document.
