Major Duties and responsibilities: * Assist in performing service activities on existing fire alarm systems of all manufacturers * Reliably and efficiently assist in projects and work well in a true team environment * Detailed report writing covering inspection report, associated deficiency solutions, material and labour invoicing, as well as communication within the team * Responsible for meeting customer expectations while learning to perform quality inspections. * Learn specific solutions and recommendations to customers on the most efficient and cost effective method to return equipment to working order.
