Looking for a female roommate for June 1st *STILL AVAILABLE* -In Gordon head*** $550 + utilities *Utilities are split between 5 people The room for rent is in a 5 bdrm/2 bath house - Bus stop directly across the street - Deck & patio, huge back yard - Large kitchen, dishwasher, laundry - Close to thrifty foods, 711, starbucks, coffee shops, UVic, parks, beaches Looking for a full time working professional or full time student. We’re looking for a clean and considerate roomate. The 4 female roomate's that currently live here are all early - late 20's, (ideally looking for someone in that age range) we’re all very easy going- all students or working full time. Usually busy and rarely ever home at the same time *No parties/drugs - feel free to have friends over occasionally but this isn't a party house (since everyone is on a different schedule) *No pets The house has: -3 bedrooms downstairs + bathroom/shower+ kitchen/fridge/stove/cupboard space+ washer/dryer -2 bedrooms upstairs + bathroom/bath + living room / big kitchen for everyone to use, deck, big back yard (It’s a basement suite downstairs but we all have access to the entire home) The available room for rent is downstairs - Medium sized room with closet - Not furnished You’d be taking over someone’s lease who is moving out June 1.
