Female looking to share accommodations with another female worker or student. Full time female Worker or Student wanted to rent our Cherry Bedroom in our fully furnished Room-Share suite with one other female tenant and owners. Due to Covid-19, BC Government Regulations state there will be no guests allowed inside peoples homes at this time (you have to go out to see your friends). No overnight guests allowed at any time. Room-Share is located in View Royal by the 4 Mile Pub and on a great bus route (# 14). By bus, it is 25 minutes to downtown Victoria, 25 minutes to Uptown and 45 minutes to UVIC. The bus-stop is at the end of our driveway coming home and across the street from our house going downtown (very safe). Includes heat, hot water and shared living areas (living room, bathroom and kitchen with everything you need). Possibility to share cost of Internet/WIFI with other present tenant.
