This is a sectional sofa made by Ethan Allen, approx. 16 yrs. old but well cared for, non-smoking home, no pets, etc. We are the original owners. Shows general wear, as you'd reasonably expect, but no stains or serious issues. Priced to sell quickly, below fair market value. Dimensions overall are 10' - 4" on the long dimension, and 8' on the short dimension. Can be transported as (2) pieces, the longest of the two being 8'. PLEASE NOTE: Purchaser must be able to move the sofa out of our house and transport it. Will require (2) men, can't assist with lifting. Route is on one level, no stairs, and only double doors for good clearance, no single doors as obstacles, Please, serious inquiries only, no low ball offers.
