Qualifications : * Knowledge of Educational Program planning and delivery * Certified Esthetician employed a minimum of 4 years in the industry * Advance training in Esthetics * Good communicator both verbal and written * Highly organized * Self-motivated with the ability to motivate others * Passionate about the profession and raising the bar in our industry * Goal-oriented * Creative * Team Player * Previous teaching experience an asset Job Responsibilities: * Hours of work may vary in the initial training stage - Academy Instructional Hours will be Monday through Friday 8:30 - 5:00 * Responsible for assisting in the coordination of the Academy's Esthetics program. * Provide guidance and coaching when required. * Attend monthly staff meetings * Organize and conduct classroom and on-floor activities in a well-organized manner reflecting the professional image of the Academy * Invent fun ways to promote sales and treatment goals to excite staff and students * Assist in the organization and implementation of three student Graduation Receptions per year and the distribution of Academy Diploma's. * Continually reinforce professional appearance for Students on dress and professional standards - lead by example. * Attend events that promote the Academy to the public when required.
