There are great hiking/biking trails and mountains to climb. The cottage has a propane fireplace to cozy up to in the evenings and a dock to swim off in the early months or fish off later on. Includes Hydro, cable/wifi, water. Tenant is responsible for the propane. No pets and absolutely no smoking Lease from now until June 15, 2020
