Company description Who we are: Ecole Petits Pieds is a licensed home daycare located in beautiful East Sooke. We are just a 20 min drive from Langford, Colwood, or Sooke, and close to the beach! Our philosophy is that each child needs to develop at their own pace in a stimulating, secure, loving, and responsive environment. We have a large indoor and outdoor space on 1.5 acres, and small group. We have a beautiful outdoor area complete with a covered sandbox, outdoor kitchen, climbing structure, swing bench, tricycles, a large garden, and lots of room to run. We spend as much time as we can outside in nature and are big on art, music, and science. Job description As a Staff member you will have the autonomy to be creative with your programming and teaching style. You are able to pick your schedule and hours, and have paid time off, as well as flexible sick days. You communicate well and work collaboratively with the team and share in general cleaning and operational duties. Qualifications: Must have a ECEA or ECE certificate and a valid BC License to practice. Knowledge of the childcare regulations of BC. Valid First Aid Certification.
